Biography
David Abbott received the B.Sc. and B.E. (electrical) degrees from The University of Sydney, Australia, in 1991, and the Ph.D. degree in the field of radio astronomical signal processing from The University of Sydney, in 2000. He is currently a Senior Research Engineer working in the Cyber-Physical Systems Program, CSIRO. His interests include achieving reliable wireless communications in unstructured, ad-hoc, and hostile scenarios, and sensing, tracking, and localization from wireless observations.
