Biography

Faisul Arif Ahmad (Member, IEEE) received the B.Eng. degree in information engineering from the Muroran Institute of Technology, Muroran, Japan, in 2001, the M.Eng. degree in electrical engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), in 2016. He is currently a Senior Lecturer with the Department of Computer and Communication Systems Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, UPM, where he has served as a Tutor and appointed as a Senior Lecturer, in February 2017. His research interests include robotic intelligent systems, swarm intelligence systems, embedded and real-time systems, and artificial intelligence systems. He was an Engineer with Panasonic AVC Network Johor, Malaysia (formerly known as Matsushita Audio Video Sdn. Bhd.).
