Biography
Guangqi Cai received the B.S. and master’s degrees from China University of Mining and Technology, in 2000 and 2016, respectively. He is currently a Professor Level Senior Engineer and the Chief Engineer of China Coal Pingshuo Group Company Ltd., China.
