Biography

Majid Alotaibi received the Ph.D. degree from The University of Queensland, Brisbane, QLD, Australia, in 2011.
He is currently a Professor with the Department of Computer Engineering, Umm Al-Qura University, Makkah, and the Founding Member of the Smart Laboratory. His current research interests include mobile computing, mobile and sensor networks, wireless technologies, the IoT in healthcare, smart cities, ad hoc networks, computer networks (wired/wireless), RFID, antennas and propagation, radar, and nano electronics.
