Biography
Shuhei Kaneko was born on 11 February 1975. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from Keio University in 1998 and 2000, respectively. He joined Tokyo Electric Power Company in 2000. Currently, He is a researcher at the High Voltage & Insulation Group of R&D Center and mainly engaged in research on insulation characteristics of GIS. Mr. Kaneko is a member of IEE of Japan.
