Biography

Y. Fujita was born in Japan on 13 May 1958. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in material science from Osaka City University in 1981 and 1983, respectively, and the D.E. degree from Yokohama National University in 2002. He joined Mitsubishi Electric Corporation in 1983 and has been engaged in the research and development of materials, especially for the research of corrosion. Dr. Fujita is a member of Institute of the Electrical Engineers of Japan and the Electrochemical Society of Japan.
