Biography
Pramod Agarwal (Member, IEEE) received the B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, Roorkee, India, in 1983, 1985, and 1995, respectively.
In 1985, he joined the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee as a Lecturer, where he is currently a Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering. During 1999–2000, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Ecole de, Technologies Supergenre, University of Quebec, Montreal, QC, Canada. His current research interests include power electronics and smart grids.
