Biography
Luigi Caimi received his Industrial Chemistry Degree in 1986 from Universita Statale of Milan. Upon graduation he joined Pirelli, working in the Diversified Products Division. From 1992 to 1993 he joined Enichem Elastomers as Product Manager in the field of Latex. From 1993 he joined Pirelli Cavi e Sistemi (Milan), in the R&D central laboratories based in Milan, working in accessory compound developments for medium and high voltage cables. He currently is responsible for Compounds and Materials development for Energy Cables.
