Biography
Richard Anthony Fouracre received the B.Sc. degree from the University of Birmingham, Birmingham, U.K., in 1962 and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, U.K., in 1980. He was appointed as a Lecturer with the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering University of Strathclyde in 1981 and, subsequently, a Senior Lecturer in 1986, and a Reader in 2002. His research interests include the electrical properties, ageing, and breakdown of dielectric materials.
