Biography

Ayhan Bozkurt (M'91) received his B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees from Bilkent University, Ankara, Turkey, in 1992, 1994, and 2000, respectively, all in electrical and electronics engineering. He is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Electronics Engineering Program, Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Sabanci University, Istanbul, Turkey. His research interests are RF circuit design, ultrasonic transducer modeling and fabrication, and high-voltage CMOS integrated circuit design.
