Biography
Salil S. Kanhere (Senior Member, IEEE) received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Drexel University, Philadelphia. He is currently a Professor of computer science and engineering with UNSW Sydney, Australia. He has served on the organising committee of several IEEE/ACM international conferences. His research interests include the Internet of Things, blockchain, pervasive computing, cybersecurity, and applied machine learning. He is a Senior Member of the ACM, an Humboldt Research Fellow, and an ACM Distinguished Speaker. He serves as the Editor in Chief of the Ad Hoc Networks journal and as an Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Network and Service Management, Computer Communications, and Pervasive and Mobile Computing.
