Aiming at the problem that the control environment of the ball mill and the coal quality, humidity, hardness, steel ball filling factor, armor wear degree, etc. have a great influence on the operation characteristics of the mill, and the precise mathematical model cannot be determined, this paper proposes a method that does not depend on The dynamic self-optimizing control method of the mathematical model of the control object, especially when designing the control loop based on the load of the ball mill, is easy to determine the control target value and has a good effect. The simulation results prove the real--time nature of the proposed method.
