Current Induced Along a Multiple Transmission Line Above a Lossy Half-Space
The integral equation approach for the calculation of a current induced on the multiple straight wires horizontally located above a dissipative half-space is proposed in the paper. The influence of a lossy ground is taken into account via the Fresnel reflection coefficient appearing within the kernel of the thin wire electric field integral equations (EFIE). The set of equations is solved by means of the finite element integral equation method (FEIEM). Numerical results are obtained for current distribution along the two-wire transmission line.
