Preface

With the ever-changing progress of science and technology, intelligent computing and signal processing, as two core technologies of the information age, are driving the development and change of the society at an unprecedented speed. In this wave, we are honored to have convened the 2024 9th International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Signal Processing (ICSP 2024). This conference not only summarizes and presents the academic achievements in the fields of intelligent computing and signal processing in the past year, but also looks forward to and discusses the future development trend of the technology.
